​What is self pace programme?

Self pace program allow kids to progress individually without the influence of other kids.

Is there any feedback after class?

Each class is about 1hr - 1.5hrs depending which program. After class, teachers will provide a simple feedback. It is encourage to establish a communication channel with the teacher so you can also monitor progress.

Any trial class?

There is FREE assessment provided. It is strongly encourage to do the free assessment before doing a trial class. After the assessment, you can opt for 4 lessons trial class.

What is purpose of assessment?

Assessment allow kids to make first contact with a senior teacher. They will be task to complete 3 - 4 worksheets to determine what is your kids strengthen and short fall. Doing the assessment also allows the teacher to understanding your kids learning styles and instruction following abilities. 

Assessment is about 40mins. Book your assessment.

Are your program suitable for special kid? (ADHD, mild autistic)

Structured curriculum provides a good learning path for special kids. Do take note, all our teachers are not special needs train.

Do you offer make up class?

​All lessons have a validity period. For 8 lessons class, the validity is 60 days, including sick leave and public holidays.

4 lessons - 30 days validity
8 lessons - 60 days validity
12 lessons - 90 days validity

What happens if I still have classes but already after 60 days?

After 60 days, all expired classes no longer can be use. However, when a new term is purchase, the expired classes will be return. Do take note, the validity still remains 60 days. ( 8 lessons + 1 expired lesson => 60 days validity)

Can I get extension with MC?

60 days validity typically have 9 - 10 weeks. Therefore no extension will be given.

Can I get extension if I travel overseas during school holidays?

Goodwill Validity extension will be given for travel with min. 21 days. (Subject to individual centre assessment)
This is given to parents who need to travel during the school vacation period only. (June and November/December Holidays only)
It will only cover the period of the travel only.

​Parents will need to provide proof of air ticket for an extension. 
​For Air Travel Only.
