Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Validity Period:
All Lessons have a validity period, including public holidays and sick leave (such as covid). The validity period are as follows:
4 lessons - 30 days validity (ie. 15/03 - 15/04)
8 lessons - 60 days validity (ie. 15/03 - 15/05)
12 lessons - 90 days validity (ie. 15/03 - 15/06)
All classes are considered expired once validity has passed. No extension is given. Outstanding classes can be brought over to the new term once payment is made but no extension of validity.
Make-up class:
We offer a few options for a make-up class. The make-up class must be made known to the centre manger and there must be seats available.
If no make-up class has been arranged, centre will prioritize current student first before accepting make-up class students.
2 options:
1- Fixed appointment for another day/date.
2- Bring forward the new term when payment for the new term is made. (Please take note that all classes will need to be completed within the same validity period.)
Goodwill Validity Extension for travel (min 21 continuous days overseas):
(Subject to individual centre assessment)
This is given to parents who need to travel during the school vacation period only. (June and November/December Holidays only)
It will only cover the period of the travel only. Parents will need to provide proof of air ticket for an extension. For Air Travel Only.
The extension will be for the new term with payment and not the current term.
ie: Miss 3 classes - new term will be = Validity + 3 weeks
Termination:
There is no deposit therefore termination is straightforward. Once parents decide to terminate class, all files must be returned to parents.
Student's file/work not collected will be kept for max. of 90 days before the centre will have the right to depose the file without compensation.

These T&C apply to these centres:
Ang mo kio, Jurong East, Tampines, Marine Parade and Beauty World outlets only.
